David is the co-founder & visionary of Beyond The Peak & The Conscious Sales Institute. His vision is that conscious based selling practices are no longer the outlier in the world of business, but the norm. He's a master in high-ticket sales, having closed over $7.5m in sales for various industries in the last 3 years using ethical practices. David's expertise lies in growth strategies, management, leadership development, and creative problem solving. He helps 6,7, and 8 figure entrepreneurs grow their businesses, and create more time freedom. Last but not least, David is an adventurer at heart. Having traveled to over a dozen countries, he believes in helping people make the impact they came here to make, without sacrificing getting to experience life to the fullest.
Oliver Wolf
Oliver Wolf is a family man who’s also co-founded Beyond the Peak Inc., a done for you Conscious Sales Agency, and co-founded The Conscious Sales Institute. He is often recognized as a business strategist, and systems and operations wizard. He is a genius at strategizing the optimization of systems to ensure that the back-end of a business is built to handle scaling growth. Oliver also has over 15 years of sales, leadership, and management experience, which all together gives him a hidden advantage of understanding growth through the lens of systems and teams which he calls “Business Harmonization”. This is one of the major keys that he uses to help visionary entrepreneurs scale beyond 7 figures, while stepping out of the day to day, and into their zone of genius and the lifestyle they desire.

Shellie Deloyer
Shellie Deloyer is the Head of Campaigns at Beyond The Peak. In this role, she manages the client-facing side of each of our campaigns, ensuring our sales system, sales strategy, and sales team initiatives are implemented effectively and driven to completion. She leads our client-facing meetings and manages our client relationships.
Kelvin Sampson
Kelvin Sampson is the Systems Integrator Manager at Beyond The Peak Inc. He is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and client’s campaigns by overseeing system analysis, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement.
